There has been much criticism of Sarah Palin for her speech last night at the Republican National Convention from Democrats and liberals because she spent a good amount of time tearing Barack Obama a new one, and when you look back at all she said last night there wasn’t one thing she said that wasn’t true. She took a week of unnecessary slanderous attacks from the Obama camp, liberals, democrats, and the drive-by media so I would say that she deserved to have this time to answer back.
Democrats know that Palin has more executive experience, and therefore is more qualified to be President than Barack Obama, which is why they try to divert attention away from the fact that she is governor of the largest state in the Union, had the greatest government surplus, because she cut heavily on unnecessary spending and earmarks, has a 84% approval rating in her state, and has gotten more done in her two years in office than Barack “Apollo” Obama has in his time as Senator by focusing on only the fact that she was mayor of a town of 9,000 people (Her home town mind you), which Giuliani pointed out yesterday must not be cosmopolitan enough for Barack Obama. Sen. Obama doesn’t like small town people, because according to him they cling to their guns and religion. Both Giuliani and Palin addressed Obama’s claim that he was a community organizer as part of his resume for why he is qualified to lead this country. A community organizer? That is one of those ridiculous things you put on your resume just so you have something there. It is such a broad term, very general in nature. I could put community organizer on my resume, but does that make me qualified to be president? No. Does that mean anything? No. Arguably one of Palin’s best lines of the night was when she made mention of the fact that as mayor she could have been seen as a community organizer, but unlike Barack Obama she actually had responsibility. Barack Obama doesn’t know what it is like to be responsible for a city or state or the citizens within either one of those. He has been a senator about as long as Sarah Palin has been governor of Alaska, and in that time has not accomplished near as much as Palin has. In fact, Obama hasn’t accomplished anything. He certainly knows how to flip-flop on the issues though.
For the last week, Palin has had to endure personal attack upon personal attack that was aimed more at her family than her. The only dirt that liberals and democrats can get on the woman is not credible at all, and is just more slander from the drive-by media. Sarah Palin has been painted as some sort of hypocrite just because her daughter is pregnant, and has been portrayed by the media as a horrible mother for accepting the VP nomination instead of staying behind for her seventeen year old daughter. They have called her selfish for this, but the truth of the matter is Sarah Palin was thinking of her family, and she was thinking of her daughter when she agreed to be McCain’s VP choice, because she would not want her daughter living with the guilt that Palin turned down the opportunity to be the next Vice-President of the United States for her. Sarah Palin has been blamed by liberals and members of the drive-by media for one of her children having Down syndrome, because they have accused her of being a neglectful mother. Ladies and gentlemen this is exactly the reason why liberals are morons. If they had any intelligence at all they would know and understand that Down syndrome is something you are born with, it is genetic, but then again Democrats, liberals, the Obama camp, and the drive-by media have resorted to such scumbagish tactics because they have nothing credible and/or legitimate against Gov. Sarah Palin.
We have to understand the hypocrisy present within the Obama camp, among liberals and Democrats, and within the Drive-by media. Michelle Obama has spoken more than once that she has only been proud of her country once, and that just coincidentally happens to be when her husband is running for president. Michelle sees this country as a mean country, and only when her husband is the Democratic nominee does she have reason to be proud of her country. This is a woman in her mid forties, and she is telling us that in the last forty years America has not done anything worthy to be proud of? Michelle joins her husband in not loving this country. They are citizens of the world, not citizens of the United States. When members of the rightwing blogosphere, conservatives, and Republicans address this publicly liberals scream “How Dare You!” The Obama camp criticizes critics of Michelle Obama, because they say that it is wrong for conservatives to target Barack Obama’s wife, but they do not have a problem attacking a seventeen year old girl. Michelle Obama is looking to be the next First Lady of the United States of America. That is a position that comes with it great responsibility. The First Lady is a symbol of America and represents this country wherever she goes, but according to the drive-by media we are not allowed to bring this up, because it is Obama’s wife. However, attacking the daughter of Sarah Palin is justified even though Palin’s daughter has not made any statements or done anything that would warrant such attacks. Seems like a double standard to me.
